A cursed technique is a special power that a jujutsu sorcerer is born with in Jujutsu Kaisen. The technique is etched into the body, and the sorcerer powers it with cursed energy, the energy that comes from negative emotions. Satoru Gojo has Limitless, Megumi Fushiguro has the Ten Shadows Technique, and Nobara Kugisaki has the Straw Doll Technique.
Some techniques run in families. The Jujutsu Kaisen Wiki calls these inherited techniques, such as Blood Manipulation in the Kamo clan and the Ten Shadows Technique in the Zenin clan. A sorcerer can grow a technique further with extension techniques, a Maximum Technique, and a Domain Expansion.
